As a designated disaster purchasing supplier through its General Services Administration (GSA) Schedule contract, Allseating’s products can be procured at a discount by 'State or local government' entities that are in need of equipment and supplies due to a disaster or an emergency. This decree has been issued in response to the declared national emergency surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Pandemic.

GSA's Disaster Purchasing Program allows state and local governments to buy supplies directly from Allseating to facilitate disaster preparation, response, or major disaster recovery. Allseating has numerous “Quick Ship” products that can be purchased through its GSA Contract for any state or local governments in need beforeduring, or after the emergency. 75 percent of Allseating’s task, conference and guest seating is available to be shipped within 72 hours, when specified with standard finishes and options (there is a maximum of 25 units per order required to qualify).

The term, 'State or local government' includes any State, local, regional, or tribal government. This includes state agencies, counties, cities, towns, villages, boroughs, municipalities, emergency response units, and educational institutions. The term does not include contractors or grantees of state or local governments. Educational institutions include:

  • Local elementary, middle and high schools operated by public school boards.
  • Charter school programs that are chartered and operated by local school authorities and provide free public education.
  • Public or non-profit nationally accredited or recognized colleges.
  • Universities that provide at least a 2-year program that offers a degree or offers credit toward such a degree.

State and local buyers are responsible for following the ordering and competitive procedures outlined by their local procurement regulations. Additionally, when purchasing with Federal grant funds, buyers must follow the regulations and procedures outlined by the granting agency. To place an order with Allseating, it is mandatory for buyers to include the following language in their request:

"This order is placed under GSA Schedule number "GS-29F-004AA" under the authority of the GSA Disaster Purchasing program. The products and services purchased will be used in preparation or response to disasters or recovery from major disaster declared by the President, or recovery from terrorism or nuclear, biological, chemical, or radiological attack."
