After 30 years in business, Allseating is designing, selling and shipping more products than ever. To accommodate our expansion, over the last quarter we’ve brought on a raft of new expertise to our team. We’re thrilled to have them all on board.
Tom David, Design and Development Manager
Tom’s 20 year of experience in design and development has taken him through some of seating’s top manufacturers, including Nienkamper, Keilhauer and Steelcase. To Allseating, he brings a wealth of knowledge about the products the market requires and the processes that can best fulfill them—two key drivers in our commitment to provide solutions that adjust to the needs of our customers.
Stephanie Smith, Product Manager
Stephanie, a seasoned Product and Marketing Manager with over 15 years of experience, joins the Allseating team as Product Manager. Her perspective into the fashion world and trends—she previously held roles at two major apparel distributors—aligns her with our design mandate, while also bringing fresh insights and ideas to our products.
Rebekah Gruber, Territory Manager
Rebekah will be joining our team as Territory Manager working in Philadelphia Metro, New Jersey, and Delaware. She comes to Allseating with recent sales experience for manufacturers who both provide seating exclusively, and also full office solutions. But not only that—with a background in interior design herself, Rebekah can truly put herself into the head of those who needs she’ll be serving.
Rosario Sarmiento, Latin America Sales Manager
Rosario brings to Allseating 20 years of sales experience and industry relationships in Mexico, South and Central America. The former Sales Director for Global Group, she knows how to build and sustain sales channels in the area and will be a tremendous asset and key advisor for Allseating as we support our growth in Latin America.
Anil Patni, Industrial Designer – Project Manager
Anil brings 16 years of experience in design processes to his new role at Allseating. Along with knowledge of SolidWorks and AutoCAD, his background managing the development and execution of design products will help Allseating continue to innovate the future of seating.
Janet Fabros, Buyer
As a Buyer, Janet brings to Allseating over ten years of experience in the purchasing environment. Helping Allseating continue to deliver on our promise to produce great, accessible design, she will be responsible for passing along the value of the company’s cost saving initiatives to our customers.
Maria Janey, Buyer
Maria has over ten years experience in the purchasing environment, including her most recent role as Tri-ed Distribution’s Replenishment Buyer and Inventory Controller. There, she was responsible for managing inventory levels at 36 brand locations in North America and Puerto Rico. At Allseating, she will be key to continuing our fulfill our unique program and promise to ship orders within 72 hours.
Gary Aultz, Sales Representative
Gary joins Allseating as a sales rep for the San Diego, Orange County, San Bernardino and Riverside Counties. He has over 20 years experience as a rep in California—most recently with The Godfrey Group—and his expertise will cement our integrity out west and help us to grow.
Nafey Gill, Junior Quality Specialist
Nafey, a graduate of the University of Windsor in Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering, joins Allseating’s Quality team. Working on ISO and BIFMA Standards, he will also resolve day-to-day quality issues in support of Allseating’s commitment to our customers’ comfort and satisfaction.
